Here you'll find all of the information that related to your order - after all we want you to be sure that you are dealing with a genuine and caring store.

 

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us in the first instance and we can arrange for return and exchange or refund if necessary. Your order will need to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Item cost will be refunded, (return postage and original postage cost are not covered).

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or is not the correct item, again please let us know and return it for replacement or refund in full as per distance selling regulations - refund of your return postage is covered in this instance.

If, after 21 days (UK) or 30 days (Worldwide) you have not received your item, please let us know and I will arrange a replacement or refund - please note that sometimes, especially for custom pieces, replacement is not possible and a refund only will be offered.

 

Ordering

We understand that once you order your item, you want it ASAP and we'll start work on your order within 48 hours.

The item that you purchase is the specific item that you have ordered. If you require anything changing or altering, then please contact us beforehand as there will be an additional cost involved. Please don't purchase the item and then send a list of changes as your order may need to be cancelled and your payment refunded.

As Custom and hand stamped jewellery is made to order, it does take time to complete so please allow 5-7 days before dispatch.

Please bear in mind that we cannot make your item any faster - if you're ordering for a special occasion remember to order at least three weeks in advance to cover postal delays. During busy times, such as Christmas, we recommend at least 5 weeks before you need your order.

Once your item leaves us, delivery is dependent on Royal Mail, or your local area postage provider.

 

Cancellations and Changes to your order

If for any reason you need to cancel or amend your order, please let us know within 48 hours without exception.

After 48 hours, your order will have been started and a full refund will not be possible as costs will have been incurred by us.

 

Why purchase your jewellery and gifts from us

Because we understand you want your item delivered to your door quickly and securely, plus you want to be assured that the item you are getting is the one you wanted.

All items are carefully packed in handmade gift packaging and fragile items labelled as such.

We use only recycled materials where possible and make sure that as much of our packaging is recyclable as we can - although most of our customers keep their lovely boxes and pouches to store their jewellery and gifts when not being worn.

 

About our handmade and personalised jewellery

All of our personalised keepsake jewellery and gifts are made or stamped by hand so please do not expect complete perfection - although we do strive to achieve as near to perfect as possible. This should not be seen as a flaw in the piece, but rather a highlight to the character of the design of your piece which serves to make your item even more unique & personal to you.

Our hand stamped jewellery cannot be stamped on the reverse as the text bleeds through to the opposite side when struck with the hammer.

Please remember that our gifts and jewellery are not toys and contain small parts which present a choking hazard, so please keep out of the way of pets and small children.
